环太平洋律师协会会长李志强主持会议，司法部副部长熊选国作了题为《坚持高质量发展高水平开放 努力打造国际一流仲裁机构》的主题演讲，上海市政协副主席周汉民作现场演讲，中华全国律师协会会长王俊峰致辞。联合国原秘书长、博鳌亚洲论坛理事长潘基文以视频方式致辞。

Lizhiqiang,president of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association,presided over the meeting.Vice Minister of Justice Xiong Xuanguo delivered a speech titled “Insist on High Quality Development and High Level of Openness, Strive to Build International First-class Arbitration Institutions”.Zhou Hanmin, vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People"s Political Consultative Conference, gave a live speech.Wang Junfeng, President of All China Lawyers Association, delivered a speech. Ban Ki-moon, former Secretary-General of the United Nations and Chairman of Boao Forum for Asia, delivered a speech by video.

发展，推动经济全球化朝着更加开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢的方向发展。司法部部长唐一军在会上倡议，希望各国律师与中国律师一道，共同推动全球法律服务高质量发展，推动经济全球化朝着更加开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢的方向发展。

At the meeting, Minister of Justice Tang Yijun advocated that lawyers from all countries should jointly promote the high-quality development of global legal services and push economic globalization towards a more open, inclusive, balanced and mutually beneficial direction.

全国人大宪法和法律委员会主任委员李飞在致辞中表示，今后，中国将加强涉外法治工作，适应高水平对外开放工作需要，完善涉外法律和规则体系，为全球法治建设贡献“中国方案”和“中国智慧”。

Li Fei, chairman of the Constitution and Law Committee of the National People"s Congress, said in his speech that in the future, China will strengthen the work of foreign-related law,meet the needs of high-level opening up, improve the system of foreign-related laws and rules, and contribute "Chinese solutions" and "Chinese wisdom" to the construction of global law.

上海市市长龚正在致辞时指出，上海已成为中国法律服务市场开放程度最高、境外律所驻华代表机构和代表聚集度最高的地区之一。我们要全面贯彻习近平法治思想，加快把上海打造成为全球法律服务资源集聚高地、国际商事争议解决高地和法治化营商环境建设高地。为推动亚太地区律师行业创新发展作出更大贡献。

Shanghai Mayor Gong Zheng pointed out that Shanghai has become one of the regions with the highest degree of openness in China"s legal service market and the highest concentration of foreign law firms" representative offices and representatives in China.We should fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law and accelerate the establishment of Shanghai as a global highland for the concentration of legal service resources, a highland for international commercial dispute resolution and a highland for the construction of a business environment based on the rule of law. We will make greater contributions to promoting the innovative development of the lawyer industry in the Asia-Pacific region.

在2021年4月20日下午的分论坛活动中，林芳律师作为我所涉外业务部首席律师、浙江省涉外律师人才库成员，从事涉外业务的女律师，围绕“妇女在解决国际商业纠纷中的作用”这一主题，从课题意义出发，结合自己的切身工作经历与所有与会嘉宾分享了她认为妇女在解决国际商业纠纷中的的三个主要作用：一、女性更有同理心；二、女性观察更细致；三、女性能够平衡多方利益关系，实现共赢。

In the sub-forum activity on the afternoon of April 20,2021，Lin Fang, a female lawyer engaged in foreign-related business, the chief lawyer of the Foreign-related Department of Zhejiang Zhiren Law Firm and a member of the Talent Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers in Zhejiang Province gave a speech on"The Role of Women in International Business Disputes" . Based on the significance of the topic and her personal working experience, lawyer Lin Fang shared with all the participants her views of three main positive roles of women in international business dispute resolution. First,women are more empathetic. Second, women are more meticulous in observation. Third, women can balance the interests of multiple parties to achieve a win-win achievement.

随着全球化浪潮的不断发展，涉外法律服务的需求亦不断增大，智仁所亦将积极探索涉外服务领域，以期紧跟时代浪潮，更好地服务社会、服务客户，为国家涉外法律服务业发展和体系化建设贡献自己的绵薄之力。
