The meeting was carried out in the form of a round table forum with the themes of "Investment Legal Services and Cooperation in Southeast Asia" and "Career Path and Insights as Foreign-related Lawyers". As a member of the Committee , Lawyer Lin Fang shared the experience of legal practice with other lawyers. Lawyer Lin expressed insights into practicing in foreign legal affairs sharing her work experience changing from the field of foreign trade to a foreign-related lawyer. Lawyer Lin believes that it is necessary for a foreign-related lawyer to have a strong continuous ability of learning, sustain faith, endure loneliness and finally accomplish his/her original dream though giving up some other options. Foreign-related lawyers are not the most income-generating ones; however under the circumstance of the development of international integration and the world economy, foreign factors will be more common in legal affairs and the importance of foreign-related lawyers will be more highlighted, Lin asserted. Lawyer Lin’s insights was agreed by other guests present and was widely recognized.
