智仁新闻｜智仁律师事务所加强涉外法律服务队伍建设——智仁林芳、陈妲律师

随着我国全方位对外开放的不断推进，维护国家经济安全和发展利益、加强企业和个人权益保护的任务日益繁重。浙江省作为我国经济大省，外贸产业发达，对涉外法律服务的需求日益增多。省司法厅顺应国家形势，为了加强涉外法律服务队伍建设，培养储备一批通晓国际规则、具有世界眼光和国际视野的高素质涉外律师人才，更好地为“一带一路”建设、涉外经贸活动等提供法律服务，在全省范围内设立由百余名优秀涉外律师组成的浙江省涉外律师人才库，浙江事务所林芳律师、陈妲律师经过省司法厅的严格选拔入选。这不仅是对智仁涉外律师的认可，也是事务所培养和建设涉外律师人才的直接成果。

With the continuous advancement ofChina’s all-round opening to the outside world, the task of protecting nationaleconomic security and development interests, and strengthening the protectionof the rights and interests of enterprises and individuals has becomeincreasingly arduous. As a major economic province in China, Zhejiang Provincehas a well-developed foreign trade industry, and the demand for foreign-relatedlegal services is increasing. In order to strengthen the construction offoreign-related legal services team, train a number of high-qualityforeign-related lawyers with knowledge of international rules, world vision andinternational perspective, provide better legal services for the constructionof "One Belt, One Road" and foreign-related economic and tradeactivities, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice has established a talentbank of foreign-related lawyers which consisting of more than 100 outstandingforeign-related lawyers throughout Zhejiang province. After a rigorousselection process, lawyer Linfang and Chen Da were selected as members of theZhejiang Province foreign-related lawyers talent bank. This not only means thatZhiren foreign-related lawyers are recognized as talents, but also shows thedirect fruit of training and construction of foreign-related lawyers in  Zhiren Law Firm.

林芳律师表示，能入选浙江省涉外律师人才库是荣耀，更是责任，涉外法律服务需要落实到每个立志从事该领域工作的专业人士身上，在以后的工作中，将苦练内功，在政府和智仁所的领导下，踏实向前，做好企业和个人走出去、引进来的法律指导工作，积极宣传我国优良文化传统和法治营商环境，为我国经济建设发光发热。
