Talent is the core of the development of a law firm, working with the excellent people helps us improve. With the sincere invitation of Foreign Affairs Department of Zhejiang Zhiren Law Firm, Dr. Huiqin Jiang, an associate professor and LLM supervisor of the School of Law and Politics of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU), is officially joining the Foreign Affairs Department of Zhejiang Zhiren Law Firm as a part-time trainee lawyer.

姜慧芹老师拥有中国政法大学法学学士、民商法学硕士、比较法学博士学位，以及澳大利亚新南威尔士大学法学博士学位。姜老师曾任新加坡管理大学法学院研究员、中国政法大学《研究生法学》编辑部主编等职务。现任浙江理工大学法政学院“一带一路”与国际法创新团队负责人，兼任浙江省国际经济法学会理事、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学CIBEL中心成员、新加坡管理大学CLA中心伙伴等职务。姜老师在国际投资法领域有持续的关注和深入的研究，在《世界贸易评论》《世界贸易杂志》《亚太法律评论》《香港法律学刊》《国际经济法学刊》等刊物上发表论文十余篇。

Dr. Huiqin Jiang holds LLB, LLM in Civil and Commercial Law, and PhD degree in Comparative Law from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). She also holds a PhD degree in Law from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. Previously, she was a post-doctoral research fellow at the School of Law, Singapore Management University (SMU), editor-in-chief of the editorial board of “Graduate Law Review” of CUPL, etc. Currently, Dr. Jiang is the head of the innovation team of the “Belt and Road Initiative” and International Law at the School of Law and Politics, ZSTU. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Zhejiang Society of International Economic Law, a fellow of the UNSW CIBEL Center in Australia, and an associate of the SMU CLA Center. She has abiding interest and in-depth research on international investment law. Her recent publications appear in World Trade Review, Journal of World Trade, Asia Pacific Law Review, Hong Kong Law Journal, Journal of International Economic Law, etc.
